2. Payment & Order Process

• For product purchases, you must complete the 'Send Money' process for the specified amount via bKash or Nagad.
• You must submit the order using the correct Sender Number and Transaction ID (TrxID).
• Orders placed with incorrect information or duplicate TrxID may be considered cancelled.

3. Product Delivery & Download Period

• After submitting the order, you will get access to download the ZIP file from the user dashboard upon approval by the admin.
• The file must be downloaded within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the order is approved. The download link will be automatically deactivated once the specified time expires.

4. Refund Policy

Once a digital file or source code has been downloaded or the order has been approved, refunds are generally not provided. However, if there is any critical defect in the product, you can contact the authorities for a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You do not acquire ownership or copyright of any digital product or source code purchased from our site; you only receive a license to use it. Reselling or illegally distributing these files elsewhere is strictly prohibited.

Digital Store authorities reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be considered effective immediately upon publication on this page.
